ZoomInfo Copilot and Gong Conversation Intelligence integration


The ZoomInfo and Gong integration facilitates direct import of calls directly from Gong to ZoomInfo. 

Gong calls will appear in the Account Activity Feed and ZoomInfo Copilot will analyze your Gong call transcripts to inform the AI Overview and Copilot Chat. By integrating your Conversation Intelligence tool with Copilot, your users will have complete visibility into deal activity and buyer engagement in the AI Overview and Copilot Chat on the Account AI page. With a single source of truth for all buyer engagement, sellers and their managers can get up-to-speed on a deal in a fraction of the time.

Once your admin sets up this integration with Gong, buyer engagement activity from your recorded Gong calls will automatically populate in the Activity Feed, Copilot Account Overview, and Copilot ZI Chat–no action needed from your users.

The ZoomInfo and Gong Engage integration facilitates direct export of contacts from ZoomInfo to Gong Engage.

Create contacts and leads from Salesforce, or contacts from HubSpot before seamlessly adding them to Gong flows. This integration eliminates the need for manual CSV uploads and enables seamless data transfer between the two platforms.

Users can leverage ZoomInfo's extensive database within Gong Engage to enhance their sales processes and improve efficiency.
